商务部回应进口乳制品冲击国内市场:国内外差价大-中新网   中新网9月20日电 据商务部网站消息,商务部今日举行例行发布会,新闻发言人沈丹阳谈及“进口乳制品冲击国内市场”时表示,由于原料价格、养殖成本和生产效率等方面的差异,使用国内原奶加工的各种乳制品的成本高于进口同类产品。此外,消费者对国产乳制品信心还稍显不足,消费者更愿意选择进口产品,特别是进口婴幼儿配方奶粉。   在发布会上,有记者问及:“有报道称,国际奶价持续走低,与国内原料奶价格相比更具有竞争力,导致乳制品进口规模扩大,冲击了国内市场,请问商务部对此有何看法?”   沈丹阳介绍,据海关统计,今年前7个月我国进口乳制品是138.3万吨,同比增长29.1%;进口总额39.6亿美元,同比增长13.5%。无论是进口量还是进口金额,乳制品进口都有较大幅度的增长。主要原因有三个:   一是去年同期进口基数比较低。2015年,受经济下行、消费减少影响,国内乳品库存增多,进口量明显下降。由于去年基数较低,今年的进口量和进口金额增幅比较明显。但是,如果跟2014年同期相比仍略有下降(2014年同期进口138.5万吨、61.3亿美元)。   二是国内外差价大。前7个月我国进口的乳制品价格平均降低了12%。由于原料价格、养殖成本和生产效率等方面的差异,使用国内原奶加工的各种乳制品的成本高于进口同类产品。   三是消费者对国产乳制品信心还稍显不足。自三聚氰胺事件发生后,国内消费者对国内乳制品质量信心不足的问题还存在,所以有的消费者更愿意选择进口产品,特别是进口婴幼儿配方奶粉。   沈丹阳表示,乳制品属于自由贸易项下的产品,进口主要取决于市场需求和国内同类产品的竞争力。要解决我国乳制品行业面临的问题,需要长短结合,综合施策,转变发展方式,提高产品质量,增强消费者信心,提高行业整体竞争力。商务部将进一步加强乳制品进口监测,密切关注乳制品进口走势和价格变动情况,及时发布相关信息,引导企业合理有序进口。相关的主题文章:
